Jordan Enterprise Development Corporation (JEDCO), in achieving its goals in developing the Jordanian enterprises and diversifying their exports and promoting the Jordanian manufactured products and services in non traditional markets. JEDCO is organizing the 2nd Jordanian exhibition in the City of Baku – Azerbaijan, which will held during the period 6-9/5/2008.

The Azerbaijani market is considered to a promising market for the Jordanian exports, and in particular after its independence from the Soviet Union, and geared its market toward the free economy. Exports of Azerbaijan totaled (6.4) billion US$, where oil and natural gas amounted to (90%) of its exports. The Azerbaijani market is almost dependent on imports.

A total of 40 Jordanian companies are participating in the Jordanian Exhibition, as well as Governmental Institution, The companies represent the following Sectors: Medical Sector, Engineering Industry, Metal Industry, Electrical Products, Food and Beverage Products, Body Care and Cosmetics Products, Garment and Textile, Construction and Building, Plastic Products, House Ware Products.
